Through my work I’m exploring different physical and visual manifestations of what it's like to be in my mind through exploration of materials and concepts. I let the forms I create be as organic as possible because I find beauty in what naturally is. I like messy line work, bleeding colors, mistakes, and all that comes with the process of creating. Along with bold colors and poetic narratives. I also source a lot of my influences from social and natural sciences. After all, art is most times a reflection of these themes. I enjoy being able to create pieces that allow me to learn something, push my own creative boundaries, and portray my own perspectives within the concepts I study.

I use a multitude of materials to create my pieces. Some of the main recurring materials include found objects, an array of fibers & fabrics, metals, acrylics, beads, natural resources, paints & dyes, and digital softwares. I use these materials to help execute my many creative processes such as batik dye painting, sublimation printing, screen printing, painting, sculpting, felting, sewing, a variety of dye methods, and application of digital fabrication.
